Broad-spectrum sunscreen is your skin’s first line of defence. UV rays are one of the most aggressive sources of oxidative damage, so sunscreen isn’t optional—it’s essential.
2. Eat a Diet Rich in Antioxidants
What you put on your plate affects your face. Think deeply pigmented fruits and veggies—berries, spinach, tomatoes, citrus, green tea, and nuts. These provide your body with natural antioxidants like vitamin C, E, and polyphenols.
3. Add Antioxidants to Your Skincare Routine
This is one of the most powerful things you can do for your skin. Look for:
- Resveratrol – a potent antioxidant from red grapes that helps calm and protect
- Vitamin C – a brightening, firming powerhouse
